Stage Two - Conscious Incompetence - "I suck!"

 

This is the stage where most people give up because they judge themselves too harshly. Don't let your ego get in your way here. That's the bottom line.

Stage Three - Conscious Competence - "I'm actually doing it!"

 

You still have to focus and work on the skill, but you can do it and it sounds good.

Stage Four - Unconscious Competence - "I can do this in my sleep."
